Women have been recognised as being especially effective within the covert investigation sector despite the majority of work being conducted by male operatives. The historic focus on male operatives results in an over emphasis on certain traits to complete the designated task ultimately overlooking more effective opportunities to gather intelligence.
By offering this special one-off specific training geared towards women, Minerva will transform this male dominated industry and break the glass ceiling to create more female role models in the sector.
Minerva recognizes that there are specific traits that women possess that can be developed further to optimize the covert investigative mindset.

MINERVA - THE ORIGIN
As the most important Roman goddess, Minervais highly revered, honored, and respected. She represents strategic warfare, justice, law, victory, and the sponsor of arts, trade, and strategy. Minerva is not a patron of violence such as Mars, but of defensive war only.
She is often depicted with her sacred creature, an owl usually named as the "owl of Minerva", which symbolised her association with wisdom and knowledge as well as, less frequently, the snake and the olive tree. Minerva is commonly depicted as tall with an athletic and muscular build, as well as wearing armour and carrying a spear.
Often seen as a Roman version of Athena from Greek mythology.
